yahoo fail

Hi, girls, today I am going to talk about Yahoo costumer care services.

I installed Yahoo messenger 11, which activated, without my concent, the online archiving feature.Which meant, that, every line written in messenger was sent to my email each conversation forming an email, and each line, also. There were therefore thausands of messages, which were not in my inbox, but in a folder I couldn,t erase. But it was extremely annoying, due to the fact that at each mail search they appeared.

In the meanwhile, I uninstalled YM11(which I found to be very stupidish) and got back to YM10.But this stupid online archive feature remained. There was no refference of how to get rid of it on the yahoo website, so the only option was to contact they costumer care representatives. My guess is that those who ocupy these jobs are from 3 rd word countries, and with a great lack of imagination. And inteligence. As well as the majority who work, worldwide, on such a job.

So I stated very clearly my concern.First email:

I finally contacted the online service support, and explained to the guy my problem:

right where we started.I could’t believe my eyes.
And then it struck me, that I will never get my problem fixed.
Hopefully, my brain helped me, as in all this years, to find a subterfuge to solve this problem.
I am too sorry to be living in such a world.
